Debuts in the Pacific Northwest

Intercontinental Bellevue at Avenue
The hotel tower will elevate luxury and sophistication to new heights for locals and visitors alike, and redefine the downtown Bellevue neighborhood. The 252-room hotel will occupy floors 3 to 11 of a 28-story tower, with luxury homes above it. On the third floor will be more than 12,000 square feet of meeting space, including a grand ballroom, a junior ballroom and additional meeting rooms. Also on that floor will be a business center, a fitness center and outdoor deck. The Intercontinental® Bellevue at Avenue will feature the brand’s signature Concierge offering, which includes an elite network of Concierges (more than 140 of whom are Les Clefs d’Or members) who are internationally acclaimed for their local knowledge and insider access.
A First for the Brand in the Pacific Northwest
The market is ripe for development, and the time was right to bring a luxury hotel to the Pacific Northwest and introduce the Intercontinental Hotels & Resorts brand to a new audience of guests looking to experience the ultimate sophistication and luxury.

The Design Collaboration with HBA
Each Intercontinental Hotels & Resorts is tailored to the unique market and offerings, from the food and beverage options to the décor and design aesthetic. Our team will work closely with the design firm to create a unique luxury experience. HBA has worked with IHG® on high-end projects including the Hotel Indigo® Los Angeles Downtown, whose design scheme pays homage to the historic spirit of the neighborhood. HBA has an eye for creating innovative and unique designs, and will bring the hotel brand design philosophy to life at Avenue.
