Avenue Bellevue has been awarded Mixed-Use Development of the Year at NAIOP Washington State’s 2025 Night of the Stars Awards, recognizing the project’s visionary design and lasting impact on Downtown Bellevue’s skyline.

Voted on by members of the commercial real estate community, the award honors Avenue Bellevue for redefining mixed-use living in the Pacific Northwest. The project’s two elegantly sculpted towers, home to The Estates, The Residences, and InterContinental Seattle Bellevue, were celebrated for their seamless integration of architecture, hospitality, and refined residential living.
