Yoga in the Gallery: Wellness and Community Pop-Up at Avenue Bellevue

Yoga in the Gallery: Wellness and Community Pop-Up at Avenue Bellevue

Avenue Bellevue’s Art Galleries have found a new rhythm. Yerbana, the Seattle-based social enterprise best known for its famous “Yoga in the Park” series, brings its mission of accessible wellness to the heart of Bellevue with its pop-up “Yoga in the Gallery”, a weekly yoga and mindfulness experience set amid inspiring art curated by Silverstein Properties’ non-profit Silver Art Projects.

Every Thursday at 5:30 p.m., guests of all experience levels are invited to move mindfully, breathe deeply, and connect – with themselves, with the community, and with the art that surrounds them. Led by Yerbana’s rotating team of acclaimed instructors, including Eastside favorite Ashish Arora, the series creates a space where wellness is approachable, inclusive, and restorative.

On the first Saturday of each month, Gather & Give offers a by-donation community class at 10 a.m., with all proceeds supporting the Center for Suicide Awareness. Donations fund programs such as HOPELINE™, peer support, and crisis prevention training, giving participants the opportunity to support mental health while engaging in mindful practice.

Classes are ongoing this fall and winter.
