Avenue Bellevue welcomed over 100 of the region’s top brokers for an exclusive spring reception, celebrating art, design, and exciting new opportunities at Bellevue’s most elevated address. “A Bold New Bellevue” brought together a curated mix of experiences, from gallery exhibitions to new model home tours, showcasing the vibrancy and creativity at the heart of Avenue Bellevue.  

Guests arrived to a warm welcome at the Art on the Avenue pop-up exhibition, where Silverstein Properties’ non-profit Silver Art Projects displayed national and local works, complemented by bubbly refreshments and live music. The afternoon continued with special announcements, including the launch of Avenue Bellevue’s new Broker Incentive Program and the highly anticipated release of a 3-bedroom home in The Estates. 

Attendees enjoyed private tours of the new model home, guided by the Avenue Bellevue team, and a selection of thoughtfully prepared cocktails and canapés from the InterContinental® Seattle Bellevue. A series of exciting gifts and prizes added to the celebration, including takeaway Jo Malone products, signed and numbered art prints from local artist Amethyst, a two-night InterContinental® hotel stay, and a Silverstein-curated trip for two to New York City with a behind-the-scenes visit to the new World Trade Center.
